Yoga
Learn the ancient art of Yoga Asana's Postures to strengthen and condition the body, and to calm and balance the mind.
Yoga is non-competitive therefore suitable for all levels of fitness.
You do not have to be a god or goddess! All are welcome!
You will learn breathing and relaxation techniques for you to use to deal with the stress and tension in our daily lives.
I teach Hatha Yoga and Relaxation, The Physical sense of yoga and Relaxation, and although I am not a Iyengar trained teacher,
I teach yoga based on the Iyengar style. With my own individual style
(I trained with the Victor Foundation based in Kent) .
